The minimum Permit Fee will be $32.26, ($22 administration fee, $10 building permit fee, $.26 State of Connecticut education fee) and for each additional $1000 of estimated cost or fraction thereof will be $10.26 per thousand. An online service fee of 3% will occur when completed online.
