To submit applications or documents regarding motor vehicles, please scan or take a picture of your documents and attach them to your email, or mail them to the Town Hall.

You may also use the black locked DROPBOX located at the front Town Hall entrance for submitting anything to the Assessor's Office.

Personal Property Information

By statute this year the Office of Policy & Management for the state of Connecticut has prescribed the form which must be used to file Personal Property Declarations. This form must be used, or your declaration will not be accepted. The forms on this website conform to that requirement.

When Disposing of a Vehicle

Forward the DMV cancellation AND the bill of sale, total loss letter, donation letter (whatever proof of disposition). You can take a picture with your phone or scan and attach to your email.

Field Cards

Vision field cards may be printed out at the Vision Government Solutions website (Assessor's online database, Burlington, CT). Instead of print, click on the Red Button that says field cards.

Current property information can be printed by hitting the blue print button, but it will not be in field card format.
